1. What's included in the trial?

The free trial includes unlimited calls, and texts within the US at no cost. It also supports hotspot tethering for internet sharing.

Once you use up the 10GB of data, your trial will end, and no additional data will be available.

2. Does it cost anything to participate in the trial?

There is no cost to participate in the 30-day trial, and you can cancel your trial at any time.

You may see a temporary authorization hold on your card, which will be returned to you once your card is verified.

3. What do I need to participate?

You'll need an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone. Check if your phone supports eSIM before starting the trial.

Each account can only use the trial once, but you may be eligible to join the trial again after 6 months.

4. Can I keep my current phone number during the trial?

Yes, you can keep your current phone number. When you sign up for the AirVoice trial, you'll receive a new number to use for calling, texting, and data during the trial period.

5. Who is eligible for the trial?

Anyone who hasn't been an AirVoice customer or participated in the trial in the past 6 months is eligible.

6. Will the trial affect my current service?

No. During your trial, your current carrier will remain active. You can choose to use AirVoice or your current network for calling, texting, and mobile data.

7. What happens at the end of the trial?

At the end of the trial, you'll automatically move to the 10GB plan for $27/month for one line and the monthly charge will be applied until you cancel. Then you can bring over your current phone number, add family members, choose a different plan, and purchase devices.

If you don't want to stay with AirVoice after the trial ends, you can opt out of the automatic renewal or cancel anytime in the AirVoice app/website and can still enjoy free service until your trial ends.
