1. If I still have data on my main plan, after adding a top-up, which data will be used first?

The system will prioritize using the data from your purchased top-up first. Once the top-up data is fully consumed, your plan data will then be used.

2. What are the different ways I can add a data top-up?

You have a few convenient options:

3. Will the top-up data expire if I don't use it all within 30 days?

Yes, the data allowance from a top-up is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any unused data from that specific top-up will expire after 30 days.

You can easily view your total remaining data balance anytime in your AirVoice online account dashboard or within the AirVoice mobile app.

5. How can I confirm that my top-up purchase was successful?

You should receive a notice via email/SMS shortly after your purchase confirming the successful transaction. You can also always verify your updated data balance and transaction history in your online AirVoice account or the AirVoice mobile app.

6. How is the data top-up paid for?

You can pay for a data top-up in two main ways:

1. Purchasing for another number (or as a guest) on this landing page: Simply select the top-up amount and enter your payment card details to complete the transaction directly on this page. Your card information will not be saved for future use with this method.
