What is an IMEI and where can I locate the IMEI on my phone?

The IMEI is a unique 15-digit serial number that is assigned to every cell phone. To locate your device's IMEI, simply dial #06# on your phone's keypad, and the IMEI number will appear on the screen.

Can I bring my own phone number to AirVoice?

Yes! You can transfer your existing phone number to AirVoice Wireless if:
• Your phone is compatible
• Your service is still active with your current wireless provider.

Here are steps to help you transfer our number

1. Gather Your Account Information:

Contact your current service provider to obtain the following details:

  • Account Number
  • PIN or Password
  • Name and Address on the account
2. Submit Your Port-In Request:
  • Once you have the correct information, submit a PORT IN request via our website or by calling Customer Service.
  • Ensure you have a Non-Active AirVoice SIM Card and an AirVoice Refill Card ready for the port to complete.
  • If you plan to purchase a Refill on our website after the port, please select “will add later” in the Refill PIN field.
3. Activate Your Service:
  • After the port is complete and your airtime has been added, insert your AirVoice SIM card into your device and start using your new service.
  • Remember to power off your old device from your previous provider.
4. Check Your Port-In Status:
  • For updates on your transfer, contact Customer Service at 888-944-2355.
Important Notes:
  • Most transfers are completed within a few hours and should be finished within 48 hours.
  • Landline transfers may take up to 5 business days.
