This page does not describe the practices, characteristics, or commercial terms that may apply when roaming. This information applies to the prepaid services.
What terms and conditions apply to AirVoice Wireless’s Broadband Internet Access Services? Broadband Internet Access Services (i.e., mobile broadband data services) are subject to the AirVoice Wireless Terms and Conditions at https://airvoicewireless.com/legal/term-services. Use when roaming outside of the United States is subject to additional Terms and Conditions at https://airvoicewireless.com/legal/term-services/international-roaming. International calling is subject to additional Terms and Conditions at https://airvoicewireless.com/legal/ild-consumer-agreement, which may contain additional limits depending on the country. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, so you should visit the Terms and Conditions page frequently, including when you activate service.
What data plans does AirVoice Wireless offer? Will my data be slowed on these plans?AirVoice Wireless offers mobile broadband data service for compatible phones and tablets over our Network Supplier’s 4G LTE and 5G+ broadband networks as part of its Prepaid service plans. The specific details for each plan are in the Broadband Facts disclosure available here. Access to 5G+ or 4G LTE requires a capable device, SIM card, and service availability within the appropriate coverage area. Actual availability, speeds, and coverage may vary.
Each of our data plans includes a monthly data allowance. Our plans include both a high-speed data and a standard-speed portion. After the high-speed portion is used, you may continue using data at standard speeds until the full monthly allowance is reached. You can increase the high-speed portion by purchasing a top-up. For plans other than unlimited, once you reach your plan’s total data allotment plus any top-up you purchased, data access will be suspended for the remainder of your 30-day service cycle, unless you purchase another data top-up. Data does not roll over to the next cycle. For the Unlimited Plan, once you use the monthly high-speed allowance, plus any high-speed top up, you may continue using unlimited data at standard speeds for the rest of your cycle. Full details of the high-speed and standard-speed allocations for each plan are available in the Broadband Facts disclosure available here.
Certain data-intensive activities, including but not limited to online gaming, file downloads/uploads, and video streaming, may experience slower performance and/or inaccessible on the network once you reach the Standard speed portion of your plan. To maintain optimal speeds for these applications, you can add to your plan’s high speed allowance by purchasing a High-Speed Data Top-Up.
For all Service plans, data is for personal use in the U.S. only, except to the extent international roaming is offered under separate terms and conditions.
AirVoice Wireless is a reseller of its Underlying Carrier's mobile broadband Internet access network. That means that once your data leaves an AirVoice Wireless device, it flows over our Underlying Carrier's network to the public Internet. As a reseller, we do not actively manage network congestion across our Underlying Carrier's network. However, your data may be subject to our Underlying Carrier's network management practices, which that carrier may update at any time.

What speeds and performance can AirVoice Wireless customer expect from their branded Broadband Internet Access Services? Where are these available speeds?
Speed and Latency
SpeedThe term “speed” is commonly used as a shorthand way to describe the rate at which a particular Broadband Internet Access Service can transmit data. This rate (or speed) is typically measured in the number of kilobits or megabits transmitted in one second (Kbps or Mbps). Some applications like email or basic web browsing do not require a high-data speed to function very well, while other activities like high-definition video streaming or transferring large data files are better experienced with higher data speeds.
Latency Latency, also known as delay, is the amount of time from when a data packet is sent to when it is received. For Broadband Internet Access Services, latency is usually expressed as the round-trip time in milliseconds (“ms”) that it takes for a data packet to travel between two end points on the Internet (from point A to point B and then back to point A). Some applications, such as email, can tolerate a substantial amount of latency without any noticeable impact on the application’s performance, while other applications, such as real-time video conferencing, require lower latency to function properly.
Based on our Network Supplier’s published network management policy disclosures, and subject to the factors described above and below, AirVoice Wireless expects AirVoice Wireless customers with recent broadband-capable devices and qualifying service, to generally expect the speeds and latency ranges on the 5G and/or 4G LTE networks as indicated in our Broadband Facts available here.
